changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for the conclusion, change, termination and agreement cancelation about the conditions of implementation of regulated types of activity in the field of gas supply (regulatory contracts) satisfied by the organization performing regulated type of activity on rendering transportation services of gas on gas distribution networks (further respectively - regulatory contracts, the gas-distributing organization), and also control of execution of regulatory contracts.

The regulatory contract is signed by federal executive body in the field of regulation of rates, the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation and the gas-distributing organization (further - the parties).
