According to part five of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", the subitem "o" of Item of 1 part four of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service", the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2025 No. 4345-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of regulations of the European Union law concerning electronic communications" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service DECIDES:

1. Item 4 of the Section II of the Provisions on electronic regulatory platform approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service, of May 01, 2024 236, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2024 at No. 752/42097, after subitem 26 to add No. with the new subitem 27 of the following content:

"27) the solution of NKEK on imposing on suppliers of electronic communication networks and/or services (operators) of obligations in mutually connection of their networks, except provisions (parts) containing information with limited access;".
