Rules of financing of the cultural centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of financing of the cultural centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 1-4) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About culture" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for financing of activities of the cultural centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad.

2. The basic concepts used in these rules:

1) assets – the property and non-property benefits and the rights having cost assessment, and also the cultural values which are in property of the cultural center;

2) the budget – the expense plan and the income for certain financial year;

3) the income – the money received as a result of activities of the cultural center and also donations and the charitable help;

4) the host party – foreign state in the territory of which the cultural center is placed;
