About approval of the Procedure for approval of sales terms of property of bankrupts as the single property complexes relating to the sphere of management of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", I ORDER to part fourteen of article 96 of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings:
1. Approve the Procedure for approval of sales terms of property of bankrupts as the single property complexes relating to the sphere of management of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To department of bankruptcy and termination according to the decision of the owner to provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
