1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 280 "About approval of Standard rules of realization of mechanisms of price stabilization on socially important food products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19123) the following changes:

in Standard rules of realization of the mechanisms of price stabilization on socially important food products approved by the specified order:

state Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. When forming regional stabilization fund acquisition of socially important food products is performed directly at producers, including by the conclusion of forward agreements and ofteyk-contracts. If the producer directly does not enable product sales, acquisition of socially important food products is performed at wholesale suppliers (distributors) specializing in realization of food products and also at the specialized organization.";

appendix to the specified Standard rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
