1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2015 No. 12 "About determination of the licensor on licensing for production of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and authorized body for issue of permissions of the second category in the field of technical regulation and metrology":
