About determination of the licensor on licensing for production of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and authorized body for issue of permissions of the second category in the field of technical regulation and metrology

According to subitems 2) and 4) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the licensor on implementation of activities for production of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category in the field of technical regulation, standardization and ensuring unity of measurements according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2012 No. 1598 "About some questions of licensing of activities for production of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 4, the Art. 67).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
