Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on licensing of activities for the storage and destruction of chemical weapon approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2012 No. 155 "About licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 10, Art. 1243; 2022, No. 1, Art. 127).

Changes which are made to appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon

1. State Item 23 in the following edition:

"23. The preventive visit is conducted in the form of preventive conversation in the place of implementation of activities of the licensee or by use of video conferencing or the Inspector mobile application.

The preventive visit is conducted at the initiative of regulatory (supervising) authority (obligatory preventive visit) or at the initiative of the licensee.

The obligatory preventive visit is conducted in cases, stipulated in Item 4 parts 1 of article 52.1 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".

The preventive visit at the initiative of the licensee is conducted according to article 52.2 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".

Survey within the obligatory preventive visit can be performed with use of means of remote interaction, including by means of video conferencing, and also with use of the Inspector mobile application.
