Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2024 No. 604 "About approval of requirements to investment precious metals and Rules of turnover of investment precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 23, the Art. 3144).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2024 No. 604

Paragraph two of Item 2 of the requirements to investment precious metals approved by the specified resolution to add with words ", in paper form or in electronic form in the state integrated information system in the field of control of turnover of precious metals, gemstones and products from them at all stages of this turnover".

2. In Rules of turnover of the investment precious metals approved by the specified resolution:

a) in item 4:
