2) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of employees of public institution "E-diplomat" under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3;

3) the allowance for complexity, quality, results of work, manifestation of professional initiative and unrationed operating mode in the amount of 50 percent to official pay rate.
