About approval of the Procedure for functioning of Fund of development of park zones of the city of Bishkek

For the purpose of preserving and further development of park zones, improvement of ecological situation in the city of Bishkek, according to the order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 26, 2025 167, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Approve the Procedure for functioning of Fund of development of park zones of the city of Bishkek according to appendix.

2. Recommend to city administration Bishkek:

- provide target use of money of Fund of development of park zones of the city of Bishkek;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
