About procedure and delivery conditions of fruit and vegetable products from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs
Based on Article 495 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", paragraph two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" and item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2025 No. 232 "About features of delivery of fruit and vegetable products for republican state needs" and for the purpose of ensuring food security of the republic the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171
1. Determine that:
1.1. means of the loans granted according to Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2025 to No. 232 (further – the credits), are enlisted on supplier accounts *, have purpose and go for accomplishment of obligations of the supplier under the delivery agreement of fruit and vegetable products from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs (further – the delivery agreement);
1.2. regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom annually during the interseasonal period * provide forming in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial units of stabilization funds of goods for the purpose of delivery to suppliers ** fruit and vegetable products * for republican state needs (further – the state order) also control accomplishment of the state order;
