1. Take into consideration that in the authorized capital of Eurasian Development Bank to the Republic of Uzbekistan 777 777 (seven hundred seventy seven thousand seven hundred seventy seven) shares by nominal value of one share - 1 000 (one thousand) US dollars, from them 168 411 shares (percent 21,7) - paid shares, 609 366 shares (percent 78,3) - subjects to payment on demand are distributed.

2. Approve the payment schedule which will be performed by the Republic of Uzbekistan, on share purchase in the authorized capital of Eurasian Development Bank, according to appendix No. 1.

3. To the ministry of investments, industry and trade to acquire in accordance with the established procedure shares of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the authorized capital of Eurasian Development Bank.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance to allocate in 2025 necessary funds to the Ministry of investments, industry and trade at the expense of means of the Government budget according to appendix No. 1 to this resolution, since 2026 - to provide in parameters of the Government budget.

5. Determine:

(a) the deputy prime minister Zh. A. Hodzhayev - the plenipotentiary on cooperation;

(b) the deputy minister of investments, the industry and trade H. F. Teshabayev - the deputy plenipotentiary for cooperation;

(c) The ministry of investments, industry and trade - authorized body of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the relations arising within cooperation with Eurasian Development Bank;

() the Central bank - depositary of money in national currency and other assets relating to Eurasian Development Bank in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
