"Taxi" - vehicles with identification mark of "Taxi", with operational taximeter, the plate with indication of the name of carrier (the address, phone number), full name of the driver, the state registration registration plate of the vehicle, number and effective period of the license, availability of the photo of the driver belonging to the physical persons and legal entities rendering according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic of service in transportation of passengers and loads. The identification mark of "Taxi" has the trapeze appearance with capital letter of "T" and checkered pattern with illumination from within established strictly or on magnet on car roof.".
