2) from Item 3 the second offer to exclude;

3) in appendix 1:

- in paragraphs ten, the twelfth, the fourteenth, the sixteenth, seventeenth and twentieth Item 9 of the word of "services subordinated to the Ministry" and "subordinated services" respectively shall be replaced with words "service subordinated to the Ministry" and "subordinated service";
