3. Permit the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan to have 4 deputy ministers, including one first and board as a part of 7 people.
4. To perform financing of Central office and the bodies provided in the Scheme of management of the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget and other means according to the procedure, approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
