About enhancement of structure of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of forming of effective system of public administration for ensuring strategic planning and sustainable social and economic development of the country, taking into account provisions of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About system of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan" and according to article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed structure of the central executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Determine that:

- state bodies are a part of the system the ministries, the state committees, committees, services, the agencies and head departments;

- obligations of state bodies which management of activities is performed of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan are determined by the provisions approved respectively by presidential decrees of the Republic of Tajikistan and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- for the purpose of non-admission of abuse of intra-branch levers for protection of interdepartmental interests, relations of the ministries and state committees with services and the agencies of their systems are performed according to the laws and other normative simple acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Establish to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan of four deputies, including the one first deputy.

4. Transform the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan.
