1. The size of own means of the administrator of indicators is determined as difference between asset cost and obligations of the administrator of the indicators determined by their book value based on accounting data for date of determination by the administrator of indicators of size of own means.

2. For determination of size of own means of the administrator of indicators the cost of the following assets is summed up:

2.1. Money of the administrator of the indicators which are on settlement accounts of the administrator of indicators in the credit institutions having credit rating is not lower than the level established by the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia according to Item 17.5 of part one of article 18 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" (further - the level established by the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia), and (or) in the credit institutions perfroming cash calculations following the results of clearing.

2.2. Precious metals of the administrator of the indicators which are on accounts of the administrator of indicators in the credit institutions having credit rating is not lower than the level established by the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia and (or) in the credit institutions perfroming cash calculations following the results of clearing.
