2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2025 No. 85 "About approval of standard form of the service provision agreement on provision of codes of marking to participants of turnover of separate types of perfumery and cosmetic products and the goods of household chemicals packed into consumer packaging" (registration No. 81322) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 19, 2025.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Russian Federation E. G. Priyezzheva.

4. This order becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
