1. Approve Changes in Rules of the omission of the courts through navigable locks of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 20, 2003 No. 809, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 04, 2003 at No. 1010/8331, and Rules of technical operation of the navigable hydraulic engineering constructions approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of June 13, 2007 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 09, 2007 at No. 780/14047, which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of June 09, 1999 No. 299 "About approval of the Procedure for collection of payment for passing of courts locks of the Dnieper cascade", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 24, 1999 at No. 408/3701 (with changes).
3. (Ya. Ilyasevich) to provide to management of sea and river transport submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
