The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Payment procedure of pensions (monthly perpetual monetary pay) and implementation of the insurance payments for accident insurance on production and occupational disease which entailed disability, to the persons who are temporarily living outside Ukraine, or living in the territories of Ukraine which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, or left from the territories of Ukraine which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation and living in under control Ukraine the territories which is applied.

2. Determine that in 2025 the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 5, 2014 No. 637 "About implementation of social payments to internally displaced persons" is applied in the part concerning implementation of article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2025".

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which are attached.

5. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine:

within two months from the effective date this resolution - pension payment (monthly perpetual monetary pay) and the insurance payments for accident insurance on production and occupational disease which entailed disability, to citizens of Ukraine on materials of pension cases and electronic personal records according to the Procedure approved by this resolution;
