About some questions of provision of exclusive export right of separate types of the steel procurements made by domain and converter method

According to Items 2 and 4 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", the subitem 2) of Article 10 and article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications", articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of separate types of the steel procurements made by domain and converter method for which export the exclusive right is granted;

2) the list of participants of foreign trade activity which are granted exclusive right;

3) Rules of suspension or cancellation of the exclusive license for export of separate types of the steel procurements made by domain and converter method.

2. Determine Committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the licensor on implementation of issue of the exclusive license for export of separate types of the steel procurements made by domain and converter method, provided by the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution.
