Rules of privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 6-1) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
