About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2019 No. 213 and of September 24, 2021 No. 548

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2019 No. 213 "About the state energy and gas supervision":
in preamble of the word "According to Item 4" shall be replaced with words "In pursuance of item 4";
in Regulations on the state energy and gas supervision approved by this resolution:
to state the paragraph of the seventh part two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"special technological, medical, experimental, scientific and other power stations, electrical household appliances or their parts;";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The public institution "State energy and gas supervision" (further - organization), including regional energogazinspektion, branches, their interdistrict departments, district (city) energogazinspektion of interdistrict departments, is body of gosenergogaznadzor of the Department of Energy.";
in Item 6:
the paragraph one of subitem 6.4 after the words "according to the legislation" to add with the words "in the field of power and legislation on gas supply";
"allowing and" to exclude from subitem 6.5 of the word;
from paragraph one of subitem 6.8 of the word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation" to exclude;
to exclude from subitem 6.14 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure";
to exclude from subitem 6.15 of the word "in the procedure established by the legislation";
