According to Item 1 of article 16 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the list of the performed works and (or) the rendered services by agricultural cooperatives to the members for the purpose of production and conversion of self-produced agricultural products, including auxiliary works and services according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the inventory, implemented by agricultural cooperatives to the members, for the purpose of production and conversion of self-produced agricultural products according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of strategic planning and analysis of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
