About the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions (further, unless otherwise specified, – actions) with participation of the Belarusian and (or) foreign contractors are allowed only by the event managers included in the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions (further, unless otherwise specified, – the register) if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus;

inclusion in the register grants to event managers the right to perform one or several types of activity:

the organization and holding actions with participation of the Belarusian and (or) foreign contractors in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

the organization and holding actions with participation of the Belarusian and (or) foreign contractors in the territory of one of areas, Minsk;

the organization and holding actions with participation of the Belarusian contractors in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

the organization and holding performances with participation of the Belarusian and (or) foreign contractors in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The type (types) of activities in which the event manager has the right to be engaged is specified in the register and the statement from it.
