About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 1297 and of September 18, 2020 No. 541
Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 19, 2025 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 235
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for provision of rent housing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 1297:
the second Item 1 to add part with words ", and the rent housing built or acquired by legal entities according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2024 No. 344 "About subsidizing of legal entities in case of construction or acquisition of premises";
third of Item 2-1 to add part with the offer of the following content: "At the same time the citizens staying on the registry of the housing conditions needing improvement have the privilege to provision of rent housing.";
1.2. 24 appendices to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2020 "About the documents requested when implementing ministerial procedures" to state the column "The Documents and (or) Data Requested by Local Executive and Administrative Organs" of Item to No. 541 in the following edition:
"the reference (certificates) of the premises occupied in this settlement, the residence and family composition
the employment contract of the premises transferred to the possession
the certificate of calculations (debt) on payment for housing and communal services and payment for use of the premises transferred to the possession, or other document confirming availability (absence) of such debt
