About provision of rent housing
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for provision of rent housing (are applied);
the standard agreement of hiring of rent housing (is attached).
2. Establish base rate of payment for use:
rent housing in the amount of 0,2 of basic size on 1 sq.m of total area of premises a month;
rent housing taking into account the equipment its property according to the minimum list specified in part one of subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2014 to No. 535 "About rent housing" in the amount of 0,25 of basic size on 1 sq.m of total area of premises a month.

acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
