1. Approve Regulations on procedure for indexation of rates (prices) of utilities and debt repayments for them it (is applied).

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2018 No. 37 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2014 No. 175";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2022 No. 747 "About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2014 No. 175".
3. To provide to regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1 and 2 - since January 1, 2026;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
