According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About operational search activities", Item 10 parts one of Article 6, of part three of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State bureau of investigations", the list of information systems of public authorities, access to which as the user has the State bureau of investigations, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 15, 2023 No. 1004, for the purpose of ensuring obtaining electronically ORDER to the State bureaus of investigations of information from the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance:
1. Approve the Procedure for electronic submission of information from the Register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance on requests of bodies of the State bureau of investigations which is attached.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
