Regulations on procedure for application of measures of restrictive nature for the termination, suspension (renewal) of rendering services of telecommunication, Internet services (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for restriction (renewal) for access to Internet resource

1. This Provision establishes procedure for restriction (renewal) for access to Internet resource.

2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are used:

the owner of Internet resource - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur exercising rights of possession, uses and (or) orders of Internet resource;

the Internet resource identifier - domain name, the IP address, URL, other information allowing to identify Internet resource;

Internet resource - the website, the page of the website, the web portal, forum, the blog, chat and other resources having connection to the global computer Internet (further - the Internet);

the supplier of Internet services - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur rendering Internet services in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in provision of Internet access;

network port - the digital identifier used for designation of session of telecommunication by protocols of transport level;
