About approval of Changes in Regulations on Expert and appeal council on questions of licensing
According to part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", the Law of Ukraine of October 10, 2024 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure"" we ORDER to No. 4017-IX:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on Expert and appeal council on questions of the licensing approved by the order of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine, the Public regulatory service of Ukraine of February 03, 2020 No. 164/12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 14, 2020 at No. 170/34453, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public regulatory service of Ukraine.
