About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2021 No. 262 and of January 24, 2023 No. 58

Based on part one of subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 "About assistance to commodity export development (works, services)" and the paragraph of the thirty first parts one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 534

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. No. 262 "About support of export and insurance" to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2021 it (is applied);

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2023 No. 58 "About conditions of export financing":

to add preamble after words of "the paragraph of the thirty first" with the words "parts one";

in Item 1:

state subitems 1.6 and 1.7 in the following edition:

"1.6. the export loans specified in item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 and subitem 1.1 of this Item are provided by banks, Development bank in currency and with interest payment at the rates according to appendix 1;

1.7. financing by banks, Development bank under concession of monetary claim (factoring) in Belarusian rubles according to Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 is performed with remuneration which amount is determined according to appendix 2.
