About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also of some decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Board of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of vehicles

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Article 19 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in the additional note of the Eurasian Economic Union 10 to group of 87 CN FEA EEU of the word "8703 80 000 2" shall be replaced with words line items "line items 8703 80 000 3 and 8703 80 000 5";

b) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

c) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

d) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. Bring in decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix No. 4.
