About approval of the Regulations on the Unified register of powers of attorney

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Unified register of powers of attorney.

2. Determine that informing the owner on requests of persons concerning information containing in the Unified register of powers of attorney on such owner is performed from the day of origin determined by the Ministry of Justice in Single state electronic system of e-notariate of the corresponding technical capability, information on what will be promulgated on the official website of the Ministry of Justice.

3. To the Ministry of Justice:

provide development and deployment of the software necessary for maintaining the Unified register of powers of attorney as the constituting Single state electronic system of e-notariate;

take measures to transfer of information from the Unified register of powers of attorney with preserving its integrity and bonds in the database of the Unified register of powers of attorney as the constituting Single state electronic system of e-notariate.

4. To the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within six months from the date of, the publication of this resolution following behind day to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, the publication by the Ministry of Justice following behind day in the Official Bulletin of Ukraine of the message on the beginning of functioning of the software ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system of e-notariate except Items 3, 4 presents of the resolution which become effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
