1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2023 No. 200 "About approval of Rules of payment of cash allowance, benefits and other payments to the military personnel of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32048) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of payment of cash allowance, benefits and other payments to the military personnel of the law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

from the date of signing of the protocol on establishment of years of service, without recalculation for last time if supporting documents timely were not provided to the military personnel;

for the entire period of service if the military unit (republican public institution) did not consider timely confirmed period of service.

Consideration of the submitted documents and payment for again established sizes are performed within 30 calendar days.

6. The size of official pay rates depending on reference of posts for the military personnel of both years of service, and salary on military rank of the military personnel, is determined according to the Wages system.
