About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning the State committee of judicial examinations

For the purpose of strengthening of personnel capacity of the State committee of judicial examinations, I decide increases in prestige of profession of the court expert, and also enhancement of the necessary legal base for activities of the State committee of judicial examinations:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

4. Establish for the staff of the State committee of judicial examinations the transition period on introduction of new dress code and signs of distinction for a period of six years from the effective date this Decree providing their issue after terms socks of earlier issued similar objects of dress code and signs of distinction.

The dress code acquired earlier and which is stored in ware warehouses is issued first of all and it is considered suitable until the expiration of terms socks.

5. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the State committee of judicial examinations within three months reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

6. This Decree becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
