1. Make change to item 4 of the Section II of Provisions on honorary consuls of foreign states in Ukraine and consular establishments headed by such consuls, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of December 17, 2021 591, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 22, 2021 at No. 1649/37271, having stated to No. it in the following edition:
"4. The decision on provision of consent to appointment of the honorary consul is made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine.
Approval of appointment of the candidate of the honorary consul is performed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine in a month from the date of receipt of the address from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In the specified time such bodies shall report the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine about the line item. If from such bodies in certain time the refusal in approval did not arrive, approval is considered received.
In case of availability of clauses, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine provide in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine detailed reasons for the line item of rather proposed candidacy".
