ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

About approval of the Regulations on honorary consuls of foreign states in Ukraine and consular establishments headed by such consuls

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of 20.06.2025 No. 294)

According to provisions of the Vienna convention on the consular intercourses of April 24, 1963 and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for appointment of honorary consuls of foreign states in Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on honorary consuls of foreign states in Ukraine and consular establishments headed by such consuls which is applied.

2. Approve the Sample of exequatur of the honorary consul which is applied.

3. Approve the Technical description on exequatur of the honorary consul which is attached.

4. Approve the Sample of the form of the certificate of the honorary consul which is applied.

5. Approve the Technical description on the form of the certificate of the honorary consul which is attached.

6. Approve the Form of the questionnaire of the honorary consul which is applied.

7. Approve the Form of the accreditation questionnaire of the honorary consul which is applied.

8. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of May 25, 2007 No. 111 "About approval of the Regulations on honourable (freelance) consular officials of foreign states in Ukraine and consular establishments headed by such officials", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2007 for No. 617/13884.
