According to provisions of the Vienna convention on the consular intercourses of April 24, 1963, for the purpose of further development of the legal basis of activities of honourable (freelance) consular officials of foreign states in Ukraine and consular establishments which are headed by such officials, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on honourable (freelance) consular officials of foreign states in Ukraine and consular establishments which are headed by such officials it (is applied).
2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine submission on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the order "About Approval of the Regulations on Honourable (Freelance) Consular Officials of Foreign States in Ukraine and Consular Establishments Which Are Headed by Such Officials" in five-day time after its acceptance.
3. To department of the general secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring this order to the attention of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine abroad and Representations the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the territory of Ukraine for use in further work.
