About introduction of amendments to the joint order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2015 No. 1205 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 823 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of automobile, railway, inland water transport and merchant shipping"

WE ORDER:

1. Bring in the joint order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2015 No. 1205 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 823 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of automobile, railway, inland water transport and merchant shipping" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12769) the following changes:

to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to Criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of rail transport according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

4, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3 and 4-4 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 2, of 3, of 4, 5 and 6 to this joint order;

be reworded as follows appendices 4-6, 4-7 and 4-8 according to appendices 7, 8 and 9 to this joint order.

2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within five working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction in Committee to legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in the information system "Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Checks".

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
