I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2016 No. 345 "About approval of standard form of the agreement on equity in housing construction" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14185) the following change:

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Determine that since January 2, 2026:

1) Item 2 of the Standard form is effective in the following edition:

"2. The shareholder makes payment via bank transfer, including by cash deposit of money for the bank account of the Authorized company specified in Item 40 of this Agreement in the amount of and procedure, according to Items 5 and 7 of this Agreement, and accepts share in the presence of registered in the procedure for the acceptance act established by the legislation in operation of the apartment apartment house or complex of individual apartment houses.";
