About introduction of amendments to some orders in the field of rendering the state services in the field of industrial safety

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders in the field of rendering the state services in the field of industrial safety to which changes are made (further – the List), according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh Item 3 of the List which become effective since January 1, 2026.
