About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 46, Art. 2528; 2025, No. 59, the Art. 4065), having added with its Item 13-6 of the following content:
"13-6. For warlike situation and within six months after its termination or cancellation transfer to lease of the state-owned property acquired by results of open tenderings (auction) selling property (assets) of the liquidated bank is performed by the asset holder of state-owned property based on the lease agreement signed with the liquidated bank without holding the auction and without right of disposal of such property in the sublease (except transfer to the sublease to other liquidated banks). The monthly rent for such state-owned property constitutes 1 hryvnia for object of lease. Independent assessment of the specified property is not carried out.".
