About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment, except for of the pilotless aviation systems and (or) their elements including pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2012 No. 240 "About licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment, except for the pilotless aviation systems and (or) their elements including pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 14, Art. 1643; 2021, No. 37, Art. 6545; 2022, No. 10, Art. 1499; No. 47, Art. 8209).
2. Recognize invalid paragraphs the eighty seventh, the eighty eighth, ninety eighth and 100-th Item of 9 changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment, except for the pilotless aviation systems and (or) their elements including pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2022 No. 242 "About modification of the Regulations on licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment, except for the pilotless aviation systems and (or) their elements including pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 10, the Art. 1499).
