According to the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve Regulations on licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment, except for the pilotless aviation systems and (or) their elements including pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to appendix.

3. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2028.

I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes procedure for licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment, except for the pilotless aviation systems and (or) their elements including pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less (further - the aircraft equipment), performed by legal entities in the territory of the Russian Federation and also procedure for the organization and implementation of federal state licensed control (supervision) of activities for development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment (further - licensed control).
