About modification of some decisions of the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item of 1 part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" and for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" and the Law of Ukraine "About the address of citizens" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 09, 2012 No. 1403 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2012 at No. 1789/22101, the following changes:

" Shall be replaced with words 1) in word preamble of "Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of the security market in Ukraine "Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets";

Items 3-5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Determine person organizing in accordance with the established procedure access to public information in the National commission on securities and the stock market (further - NKTsBFR) which manager it is, the head of office of NKTsBFR.
