Procedure for maintaining the Register of organizers of gamblings in gambling institutions of casino, the Register of organizers of gamblings of casino on the Internet, the Register of organizers of bookmaker activities, the Register of organizers of gamblings in slot machine halls, the Register of organizers of game in poker in the Internet, inclusions and switching off of information, modification of such registers;

Procedure for maintaining the Register of persons which limits access to gambling institutions and/or participation in gamblings, inclusion and exception of information, modification of such Register.

2. Determine that before the ensuring technical capability of filing of applications and documents provided by the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" through electronic offices in information and communication system of registers in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings and/or means of the Single state web portal of electronic services submission of such statements and documents to the State agency of Pleysiti for carrying out registration actions sending for the postal address or means of electronic communications taking into account requirements of the legislation in spheres of electronic identification and electronic confidential services can be performed by the personal address.
