About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290 "About the register of socially oriented non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 32, Art. 6023; 2022, No. 49, Art. 8699; 2024, No. 4, Art. 533).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for subitems "z" - "to" and "m" - "from" Item 6, of subitems "zh" and "z" of Item 12, of the subitem "b" of Item 14 and the subitem "b" of Item 15 of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of socially oriented non-profit organizations (in edition of this resolution) which become effective since January 1, 2026.
