About approval of the Regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks

Based on Item l) parts (1) Article 4 and part (1) article 62 of the Law No. 107/2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 413), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks

Section 1. General provisions

1. The regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks (further - the Provision) are directed on:

1.1. ensuring integrity and protection of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;

1.2. ensuring normal functioning and operation of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;
